Program Options



CONCIERGE - PRIVATE ONLINE OPTION - COST - $500.00 (50% donated to charity)
  • Four 1-hour sessions via Zoom to review all forms, handouts, “extras” (customized letter to loved ones, cover page, other related materials), and to create a customized table of contents.
  • Process is organized and a “handheld” approach for each session is provided.
  • Ongoing coaching, support, and encouragement. 
  • Pre-set appointments to keep you motivated.
  • Client is required to purchase their own binder, indexing, and plastic inserts if building a physical directory. You will be required to print all materials provided via e-mail. This is not applicable if building a digital directory.
  • Several more forms and handouts are provided with this option, as well as personalized review and instructions at each session. 

IN PERSON OPTION - (Halifax Metro Area only) - COST - $600.00 (50% donated to charity)
  • One 1-hour session, in person, to review basic forms and handouts.
  • Follow up with 4 phone calls, 1 every 3 weeks, to answer questions, provide support and encouragement.
  • Client is provided with binder, indexing, plastic inserts, basic forms, and handouts.

In 2021, Brenda opened the Allan and Brenda Grantham Foundation, which is a charitable giving program set up through IG Wealth Management. Eligible charities, recommended by Brenda, receive an annual grant. Brenda welcomes recommendations from her clients for charities close to their hearts, for her to consider. If you feel moved to support the Allan and Brenda Grantham Foundation, you are welcome to make a voluntary donation directly to the foundation, provided you are a Canadian citizen. Please see the Foundation tab for more information regarding this cause.
